Horrible service. Took them over a year to place the prepaid grave marker on my mothers grave. Multiple calls with no response from Green Acres. They state they lost paperwork but still waiting for marker placement ONE YEAR LATER. Filed a complaint with Dept of Consumer Affairs. Would rate lowest stars possible but form would not allow.

Went out yesterday for Father's Day - sure am glad I know where my parents are at. The grass was so overgrown. Totally covering most of the headstones that I passed. Saw two people out there with their own weed eaters doing maintenance on their loved ones graves. Went to the office to talk about my disappointment that they couldn't even have the place looking nice for Father's Day, was told someone would call me, it is now 10:26 AM the following day and still have not heard from anyone. This is the fourth time I've complained about the upkeep but nothing ever seems to change.

I'm very unhappy with Green Acres Memorial Park and Mortuary New Policy of not being able to decorate our love ones that have passed "Rest Area". Its known for being a Memorial park but yet now it only looks dead and sad. Where's is all the JOY at? When we do come visit them. They No Longer Allow it here! Not being able to decorate or make the garden look nice, is really a dissapoinment for me. I lost my baby a few months ago and I thought I had picked the right cemetery, never said that decorating would be a issue until today. I wouldn't recommend this cemetery to Angel parents or any people that like to DECORATE their Love ones Rest Area.

It’s hard as it is losing a love one we all know that, this cemetery allowed us to decorate the space of our loved one up until 2 weeks ago.
It’s been 2 weeks since they change or they want to say are enforcing the policy of not allowing us to do so., it is sad to see all the color, decorations, and people gathering around every afternoon to see their love one BEING GONE thanks to GREEN ACRESS MEMORIUAL PARK AND MORUARY HAS TAKEN AWAY THE RIGHT TO DO SO.
There excuse is; is a policy we have to enforce by management.

REALLY SO YOUR WORD IS WORTH NOTHING?

WHY UPON BUYING THE SPACE WE WERE TOLD THAT WE CAN DEOCRATE?, PINT POINT THE FACT THAT IT LOOKS NICE AND IT BRIGHTS PEOPLES DAYS AS THEY COME TO SEE THEIR LOVE ONES.

We been given the schedule for when decorations have to be picked up, I see everyone following the rule rain or shine we are all there Tuesday afternoon picking up fences, flowers, toys, etc. and back Wednesday afternoon to put everything back up.

So why all of the sudden we are not able to keep maintaining the decoration, comes along picking up the trash that is nearby that you guys do not clean?

I was just there yesterday afternoon, and what do I see dead flowers and trash all over the place. WAIT LET ME JUST REMARK THAT IT WAS WENDESDAY AND ACCORDING TO YOUR POLICY CLEANING DAY and yet I see dead flowers and trash in the afternoon.

Ummmmm, SUGGESTION; why don’t you let us keep making look better because along with all the decoration we bring; we also bring hands to clean up all the mess you should be cleaning up, making your cemetery more suitable for the eyes of those prospective buyers.
